to rent a dumpster from ESP. We can help with new construction, demolition,
interior demolition, renovations and yard waste/storm cleanup.
For Contractors, we supply 8, 15 and 19 yard dumpsters. Generally, we can provide same day service at no extra charge.
Sizing is as follows:
Our Clean-Fill Dumpsters (8 yard for contractors only) are provided at a flat fee. Dirt, Asphalt, Clean Tile, Concrete, Roof Tile (with or without rebar) are all considered clean-fill. IF OTHER DEBRIS IS MIXED IN (i.e. trash, bottles, wood, pallets, etc.) IT IS NOT CONSIDERED CLEAN FILL AND SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY BY WEIGHT. In a case where you have a 15 yard dumpster for clean fill, only fill at the half-way point. Our trucks have an 8 ton hauling capacity and would otherwise be overweight by DOT standards.
Items permitted in our dumpsters: Construction Debris, C&D, Yard Waste, storm clean up, garage clean outs.
Items NOT ok to put in dumpsters: Tires, Mattresses, Sofas, Appliances, Paint, Hazardous Waste
